The mission of Hickory Brain Injury Support Group is to offer help,
hope, and a voice for people with brain injury and their families.

To accomplish its mission, Hickory Brain Injury Support Group:

•  Organizes social opportunities, so people can interact with and learn from other survivors and caregivers.

•  Supplies information about community resources that are available to meet personal and rehabilitation needs.

​

• Educates the community about brain injury through various brain injury awareness activities including regular meetings, public presentations, social events, and fundraisers.

​

• Advocates for effective public policy and legislation to improve the lives of persons with brain injury.
